Therapy for Adolescents
We work with adolescents during one of the most transitional periods of their lives. By meeting them at their level, we aim to create a safe place where they feel comfortable to share what is going on in their world without judgement. Some common adolescent challenges we work with include: stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, technology addiction, body image issues, and conflict within relationships. Our job is to support them in navigating this difficult time in their lives.
Therapy for Adults
Challenging life experiences are inevitable; how we get through them is up to us. We work with adults through a variety of hardships to not only be a compassionate support during a difficult time, but also to encourage our clients to work hard and take the steps necessary to make changes and achieve results. By developing a personalized treatment plan to reach their goals, we support clients in building self-awareness and recognizing the connections in their lives while working to improve each area of need.
Therapy is more accessible than ever. Sessions are currently offered online through a secure and confidential video conferencing program. Video sessions provide a safe and effective option to access therapy from the comfort of your home. Benefits to video sessions include: saving time making trips to the office, eliminating drives in traffic or inclement weather, and flexible appointment times reducing the need for childcare. All of our therapists currently offer online therapy.
